Excellent student and basic site. Great for ground handling practice and awesome to play on in winds over 20kph. This is one of our favorite sites when it comes to training.
On a good day with a SW to a SSE wind, you can fly all the way down Paradise Ridge to Gericke’s Point.
Dangers: Sudden increase in wind speed can cause you to be blown over the back, so keep an eye on the ocean for early warning.
